Sunday clean breakfast

Simple and quick breakfast!  Egg whites, spinach, grape tomatoes cooked on coconut oil. Voila! Add a dash of Frank’s and your done. Pair it with half a sprouted grain English muffin for some extra fuel. Have a fabulous Sunday!

Todays lunch is a clean omelette: 3 cloves of frozen spinach, 5 egg whites, white onion cooked with coconut oil. Topped off with a bit of salsa and some Franks. Awesome. 6 days until photo shoot!
